Detail department manager
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour- Full-time position available
Under limited supervision, the Detail Manager effectively communicates with customers and employees to determine the type of service necessary and time needed for completion. The detail manager is responsible for the quality control and output of the detailing departments. You also manage all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Helps maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Communicates with technicians to facilitate auto-placement
- Communicates and coordinates detail services with detailers
- Performs vehicle drop off inspection & documents existing damages
- Performs quality control checks on all detail services before vehicles are returned to the customer
- Communicates any necessary additional charges to our customers as required
- Informs customers of our services & answers any questions they may have regarding our services or processes
- Identifies, manages, and orders all detailing department products & equipment
- Maintains and Repairs detail tools & equipment
- Manages routine cleaning of detail department workspace & equipment
- Facilitates and performs all detailing department duties
- Communicates with dealerships to coordinate detail services
- Assists in completion of work if necessary
- Performs other duties as requested
- Demonstrates extreme attention to detail
- Ability to analyze written and verbal instructions
- Ability to write, present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional manner
- Ability to manage, train and support other detailing and shop assistant personnel
- Must possess knowledge of a wide variety of detailing techniques & equipment
- Lift objects weighing between 25 – 50 pounds
- Safely work with the team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 pounds
- Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time without resting (up to 5 hours)
- Work in areas that require kneeling, crouching or crawling

Detail Technician

We are looking for a thorough, responsible Car Detailer who will adhere to provide quality automotive cleaning services to our customers. The Car Detailer will clean vehicles according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors, and keeping records related to gas levels and the condition of the vehicle. You should possess strong customer service skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles.
To be a successful Car Detailer, you should be committed to providing excellent service to customers. You should be courteous, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
- Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
- Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
- Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
- Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations or picking owners or drivers up if needed.
- Managing inventory and reordering supplies.

- Prior detailing experience may be preferred.

The Shift Manager is tasked with assisting the Site Manager to oversee site operations, safety, staff, cash management, security and customer service standards. Always model the right behaviors and performance expectations including but not limited to operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service.

- Daily operations of the car wash facility
- Physical appearance of the site, equipment maintenance, maintaining a safe work environment, and chemical/supply inventories
- Manages car wash attendants throughout shift
- Manages inventory and handles customer complaints as deemed appropriate
- Assists in staffing and training for the car wash facility
- Contributes to building of team environment
- Proficiently open & close the wash and follow designated procedures

We are looking for friendly, outgoing people to be our cashiers, don’t worry, you will stay inside the building and have a lobby where customers will be helped. Your main responsibilities are to ring up customers and suggest the monthly membership. Handling money and chatting with customers is what you’ll do, amongst a few other things such as cleaning.
